  • 750 gr of figs
  • 100 g of sugar
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 200 ml of whipping cream
  • Figs to decorate
Preparation
  • The first thing you should do is peel the figs very well. Once peeled, remove the pulp and set them aside. Pour 150 ml of water into a pot and add the pulp of the figs, the sugar and the juice of half a lemon.
  • Once you have mixed the ingredients, put the pot to heat. When the mixture is boiling, turn the heat to low and cook for 10 more minutes.
  • When the 10 minutes have passed, remove the pot from the heat and put the mixture in a food processor or blender to blend it. When you're done, remove the mixture and let it cool completely.
  • Once the mixture you have prepared is cold, add the cream and mix little by little but without beating it, as it could break.
  • Pour the resulting mixture into the refrigerator and leave it for 30 minutes to set and obtain the soft texture of ice cream.
  • When you see that the mixture is curdled, transfer it to a container and leave it to cool in the freezer.

  • 750 gr of figs or figs
  • 2 Greek yogurts
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 75 g of brown sugar
  • 200 g of liquid cream

  • First wash the figs very well with plenty of water and cut off the stem and bottom.
