Returns and right of withdrawal

1. Returns for manufacturing defects.

The User may return to HANUKEII any product that has a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the User will have a period of one month to notify HANUKEII of their lack of conformity with them. If said period is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the User.

To formalize the return, the User must contact HANUKEII within the granted period of one month, at the address contact @ hanukeii . com, indicating the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects found in them

Once HANUKEII has received the communication from the User, it will inform you within 3-5 business days whether or not to return the product. In the event that the return proceeds, HANUKEII will indicate to the User the method of collection or delivery to its offices/warehouses of the defective product.

Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -if applicable-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way, HANUKEII reserves the right to deny the return.

Once the product has been received and the defects verified, HANUKEII will give the User the possibility to replace the product with another with identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for HANUKEII.

In the event that for reasons of lack of stock it is not possible to proceed with the shipment of another product with identical characteristics, the User may choose between terminating the contract (that is, the refund of the amounts paid) or requesting the shipment of another model that the User voluntarily chooses.

The delivery of the product with identical characteristics or the new model that the User chooses, as appropriate, will take place in the next 3-5 business days from the date on which HANUKEII confirmed to the User the replacement of the defective product or shipment of the new model.

The substitution, the sending of a new model or the termination of the contract will not imply additional expenses for the User.

If the User terminates the contract, HANUKEII will refund the entire amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product.

HANUKEII informs Users that the term for the refund of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the User when purchasing the product.

2. Withdrawal.

In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (15) calendar days to return the entire order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that make up the total order and all without penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.

However, the User must bear the direct cost of return to HANUKEII, whether he returns the order in its entirety or decides to return only some of the products in the order.

To formalize the return, you must contact HANUKEII at contact @ hanukeii . com, sending the completed withdrawal form that is attached to these Terms and Conditions as ANNEX 1. Once said communication is received, HANUKEII will indicate the method of sending the order to its offices or warehouses.

HANUKEII is not responsible for the courier company that the User contracts for the return of the order. In this sense, HANUKEII recommends the User to require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at the offices of HANUKEII , so that the User has proof that the product has been correctly delivered to HANUKEII . HANUKEII is not responsible for the address where the User sends the order for its return. It should always be our office in the case of Europe. If we did not have delivery confirmation and the user did not present proof of delivery, HANUKEII would not be responsible for the loss and it would be the user who would have to claim the transport company that he had hired.

The costs of returning the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the User.

Once HANUKEII verifies that the order is in good condition, HANUKEII will proceed to refund all amounts paid by the User.

If the User decides to return the order in full, HANUKEII will return to the User all the amounts that the User has paid and if only some of the products are returned, only the part corresponding to those products will be returned. products.

HANUKEII informs Users that the term for the refund of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the User when purchasing the product. In any case, HANUKEII will return the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the date on which the returned product was received.

Product Change Policy

HANUKEII does not admit the change between a product purchased by the User for another product that is offered on the Website.

In the event that the User wants to make a change in a product, he must exercise his right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of clause 6. 2 and later buy the new product you want.
